About Our Business
Mello Care LLC. promotes established standards of health and safety through high quality training. We offer professional training in CPR, First Aid and Basic Life Support, ACLS, PALS. We also offer MCI, OSHA Authorized training, and with an emphasis on Safety In The Work Place.
Our vision: to educate all members of our community on ways to overcome barriers and act, using proven life saving techniques. We promote behaviors consistent with healthy living. Mello Care's instructors are highly trained professionals, always taking advantage of the latest developments in medical research and technology. With over thirty five years of combined teaching experience, our instructor have earned certifications from universally recognized organizations such as The American Heart Association, The American Red Cross , America Safety and Health and OSHA.
​Our goal: to provide affordable professional training with flexibility that makes classes easily accessible to large and small businesses, corporations, schools, health facilities, manufacturing and construction companies, individuals and groups. Our former students include baby sitters, students, nurses, physicians, managers, corporate executives and regular lay persons.

Biography
Grace is an energetic, highly motivated educator and entrepreneur with exceptional people skills. She has over 20 years of professional teaching experience. Grace currently resides in Melbourne FL. Her areas of expertise include medical, marketing, administration and human resources.
Grace began teaching after receiving the award for Outstanding Performance as a Lab Technologist. She was asked to teach and then realized teaching was her passion. Grace later earned the title Lab/Medical Assistant Instructor. Her responsibilities included developing lesson plans and lectures on lab procedures. While volunteering for American Red Cross, she became an instructor. Grace believes "knowledge is power" and continued her education by achieving her degree in Health Administration, completing certifications courses in MCI, ADVERT Training, Behavioral Analysis, and Effective teaching.
Grace also received training as an OSHA instructor from the University of South Florida and has a working knowledge of OSHA 29CFR 1910 General Industry guidelines.
Grace is a certified Health and Safety Instructor Trainer. She not only trains the trainer but trains workers and employees who need to meet certain OSHA Health and Safety requirements as requisites for employment. Some of these requirements are aimed at boosting moral and reducing OSHA recordable rates. Grace's training credentials include instructor certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross and American Safety and Health Institute, OSHA.
She is certified to teach BLS, ACLS, PALS and any health and safety course offered by AHA,ARC, ASHI.
